Shipping and handling charges, restrictions,
and Internet / Mail Order Consumer Purchase Return Policy:
Mehron Makeup currently only offers international shipping services to Canada on our U.S. based retail web site. Please allow significant additional shipping time for Canadian orders. Canadian duties may be collected by the carrier if applicable. Please note that any orders placed outside the country of the shipping destination entered at checkout will be cancelled and refunded.
Mehron has a global network of Distributors that are able to service most regions. Please see our “Store Locator” web page to find a retailer near you.
Freight Forwarding Companies:
Please note that the use of a Freight Forwarding Company for Mehron.com orders is restricted. If it is determined that a Forwarding Company was used, all Mehron return and replacement policies are void. Mehron is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered via a Freight Forwarding Company.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Net retail domestic orders of $75 or more ship free to addresses within the continental United States only. Standard shipping method applies. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Free shipping does not apply to Canadian orders at this time.
Shipping Rates and Out of Stock Items:
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise weight, shipping method, and the shipping location of your order. If any items are out-of-stock at the time of shipping, the items will be credited to your method of payment and a notification will be sent to you via email. Mehron makes every effort to ensure that all products are always in stock, but during peak sales periods item availability may vary.
About Standard Delivery:
Our Standard Domestic Delivery carriers are UPS and USPS. Any orders, including expedited, placed after 1pm EST, will be processed the next business day. Orders placed during the Halloween season may take longer. Standard Domestic Delivery orders usually arrive within 7 – 10 business days for in stock items. Please provide a complete, valid address for delivery. Indicate if the address is RESIDENTIAL or COMMERCIAL.
If the address provided upon checkout matches the address we shipped to and your tracking reads as successfully shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier should any problems arise. Mehron.com does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Tip: If you're not going to be home during delivery hours, we suggest calling the carrier and asking them to hold your package at a local post office for pick up to prevent it from being lost or stolen. If an item is returned to Mehron due to an incomplete/incorrect address, a refund less the shipping cost will be issued upon return of the package.
Mehron.com employs a live rate shipping calculator from UPS and USPS. The actual weight of your ordered products, zip code, handling, and the shipping method are used to calculate the shipping cost.
Rush service and premium shipping are available for delivery on Business Days (Monday through Friday). Non-standard shipping services will be quoted based on order size, shipping weight, level of service required and carrier selected. Weekend delivery is available at an additional cost, but needs to be specially requested at the time of order.
Do you ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, via the US Postal Service. Delivery to APO/FBO locations can take up to 10 days after shipping. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO, etc.) can ONLY be shipped via USPS Priority or First-Class Mail. Please note that flammable items cannot ship via USPS, so if you have any flammable items in your shopping cart, you will need to enter a street address for delivery.
Why do I only see UPS Ground as the shipping Method?
Certain removers and makeup items are considered flammable by the U.S. Department of Transportation. These items are not permitted to travel via air, so they can only be shipped via UPS Ground. If any item in your order falls into this category, the shipping option for entire order is restricted to UPS Ground.
Mehron is proud of our long-standing reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a Mehron.com purchase, we will gladly accept a return for products as long as the transaction meets these certain basic conditions:
* Item must have been purchased from www.mehron.com.
* Item must be unused and in original packaging and received back in salable condition.
* Return must be postage paid by purchaser.
* All return requests must be made within 30 days of product receipt.
* Specially discounted or SALE items may not be returned.
* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Upon receipt of your qualified return we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item to the payment method used, less shipping charges. Please allow 10 days for processing.
