Artist Clementine Kosmodemyanksaya @bahamamamaplease from Russia was inspired by a Russian fairy tale about Koschei the Immortal who is known for eternal life, but with a twist. Koschei maintains life through the removal of his soul. He takes it from his own body and hides in various objects, like an egg then locks it away in a crystal chest and buries it under a green oak on the island Buyan. If the chest is found and opened and someone is able to attain the egg they would have control over Koschei and could overcome him. She depicted this amazing story using our Paradise Makeup AQ and painted an incredibly creepy, soul-less looking entity in all black and white in a crown of bones and holding an egg. We love all the detail right down to the costume, the hair, the painting on the fingers and the egg as the final touch!
