I used Barrier Spray to seal a full-body coat of blue Paradise Paint after it had dried. Turned out that even though I let the Barrier Spray dry first as well, the Paradise was harder to rub off when I didn't use Barrier Spray! While using Barrier Spray, I lost the entire coat of blue over my knees, and it looked ridiculous - I had to run back to my hotel room and re-paint them!
I haven't tried Barrier Spray for its other promised purposes, such as preventing the sweating off of makeup. But I can honestly say that in my experience, as a sealant, I was seriously disappointed.
