Shipping and handling rates:
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any taxes, adjustments or shipping charges. If any items are back ordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionately and charged only as the merchandise is shipped. All back ordered items will ship out via
Standard Delivery.
Standard Domestic Delivery Order usually arrives within 7 – 10 business days for in stock items.
You may receive several shipments on orders with multiple products.
Our Standard Domestic Delivery is via UPS. Please provide street address for UPS delivery.

International shipping is made available through Bongo International. All international shipping rates and services are passed through the Bongo shopping cart automatically when you place an international order. International shipping rates are based on product weight, size and destination. Please allow additional time to process international orders. Delivery times will vary depending on location. Certain restricted items or those considered "hazardous" are not allowed to be exported and will be removed from your shopping cart if a foreign country is selected when entering the shipping address.
Rush service and premium shipping and handling will be quoted based on order size, shipping weight, level of service required and carrier selected.
Certain items (for example HAZARDOUS GOODS) do not qualify for Standard Shipping. Items considered HAZARDOUS will require special handling and premium rates. Orders for items considered HAZARDOUS will require separate processing and may not be available at all to your location.
Returns
We are proud of our long standing reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly accept a return for products purchased at www.mehron.com as long as the transaction meets certain basic conditions.
* Item must have been purchased from www.mehron.com within the past 15 days.
* Item must be unused and in original packaging and received in that same condition.
* Return must be postage paid by purchaser.
* Unfortunately, items purchased over 15 days prior are not eligible for return.
* Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
* Specially discounted or SALE items may NOT be returned.
Upon receipt of your qualified return we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 days for processing.
